1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Entryo, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Entryo for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Entryo provides visitor registration, QR gate validation, digital invitations and passes, role-scoped management, check-in/checkout records, reporting and related security workflows. Features may depend on the customer’s subscription, configuration, device permissions and assigned role.
3. Accounts and authorized roles
Staff accounts are issued or managed by authorized administrators. You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, use only your assigned account and immediately report suspected unauthorized access. Permissions shown in the interface do not replace server-side authorization.
4. Visitor check-in and passes
Visitors must provide accurate information and use gate QR codes and digital passes only for their intended visit. A pass is personal, time-bound and may be limited to a particular building, gate or company. Do not copy, publish, sell, transfer or attempt to reuse a pass or checkout token.
5. Gate QR validation
Every gate QR is permanently assigned to one customer, building and gate. Visitors and staff must use only the QR or invitation pass authorized for their intended entry point.
6. Organization responsibilities
Organizations deploying Entryo are responsible for lawful visitor notices, determining the purpose and retention of personal data, configuring accurate buildings/gates/companies, assigning staff correctly, reviewing access, responding to individual requests and protecting exported reports or printed QR materials.
7. Prohibited use
You must not:
- access data, accounts, buildings or gates outside your authorized scope;
- probe, attack, overload, reverse engineer or bypass security controls;
- upload malicious content or use automated access without written authorization;
- misrepresent identity, visit purpose, host, location or authorization;
- share credentials, private pass URLs, visitor data or reports improperly; or
- use Entryo for unlawful surveillance, discrimination, harassment or another unlawful purpose.
8. Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, modify or discontinue parts of Entryo to improve security, reliability or functionality. Availability can be affected by internet access, hosting, device capabilities, browser permissions, customer configuration and third-party infrastructure. Entryo is not an emergency-response service.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or revoked for account inactivity, expired subscriptions, assignment changes, security risk, misuse, legal requirements or breach of these Terms. Organizations remain responsible for handling data and exports after access ends.
10. Intellectual property
Entryo software, branding, interface, documentation and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms provide a limited right to use the service as authorized; they do not transfer ownership.
11. Privacy and confidentiality
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Users must treat visitor, employee, building, gate and security information as confidential and disclose it only where authorized.
12. Disclaimers and responsibility
Entryo supports visitor-access workflows but does not replace an organization’s physical-security procedures, legal compliance, emergency processes or human judgment. Organizations are responsible for configuring and operating the service appropriately. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
13. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law remain unaffected. The appropriate courts and authorities with lawful jurisdiction will handle disputes that cannot be resolved directly.
14. Changes and contact
We may revise these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means acceptance where permitted by law.
